Website terms
CLEAR TERMS. NO FALSE PROMISES.
These terms govern use of the WeBecome website, forms and information. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and honestly.
Last updated · 19 August 2026Using this website
You may use this website to learn about WeBecome, apply for work, submit a staffing requirement, propose a partnership or exercise an information right. You must provide information that is accurate, current, lawful to share and relevant to the purpose of the form.
Job applications
An application adds a person to the WeBecome candidate network for consideration. It does not guarantee screening, an interview, placement, a particular wage, working hours or employment. Suitability depends on real employer demand, role requirements, checks and the employer’s final decision.
WeBecome does not charge a work seeker for applying or being placed. Do not pay anyone claiming that a payment secures a WeBecome job.
Employer and partner enquiries
A submitted brief is an invitation to discuss a possible service. It is not an acceptance, quote, supply commitment, staffing contract, grant award or funding agreement. Scope, pricing, worker status, responsibilities, service levels and other terms must be agreed in a separate written contract.
Your content and documents
You keep ownership of information and documents you submit. You give WeBecome permission to store, review, reproduce internally and share them only as reasonably necessary for the purpose you selected, subject to our Privacy Notice. Do not submit another person’s information without authority or upload malware, unlawful content, identity documents, banking credentials or unrelated confidential material.
Verification and safety
WeBecome may verify information, request supporting records at an appropriate stage and reject, close or remove a submission that is false, unlawful, unsafe, abusive or outside our service scope. We may contact an organisation to confirm that an employer or partner representative is authorised.
Website ownership
The WeBecome name, site design, copy and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and share links for ordinary personal or business evaluation, but may not copy, scrape, republish, impersonate or commercially exploit the site without written permission.
Availability and external links
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but may change, suspend or correct it. Links to official or third-party websites are provided for convenience; WeBecome does not control their availability, content or privacy practices.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by South African law, WeBecome is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on general website information, third-party conduct, a declined application, unavailable opportunities or events outside our reasonable control.
Law, changes and questions
South African law governs these terms. We may update them when our services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply. Questions about these terms can be submitted through the information request form.
