Ready to work. Locked out of opportunity.
People can be willing and capable but remain invisible to employers, trapped behind weak networks, untrusted CVs, application scams and preparation that never reaches a real vacancy.
About WeBecome · Our story
Because employers need dependable people, and trained people need a real route into work. We connect the two.
01 · How the idea began
WeBecome started with a contradiction: millions need work while employers still struggle to find people who are prepared, dependable and ready to begin.
Bongani Ntombela brought the original staffing and placement idea. Paul Earl Gray saw the commercial and social opportunity to build a trusted bridge between trained talent and real employer demand.
Together, they shaped WeBecome around a clear promise: employers should receive people who are ready, and job seekers should never pay for access to work.
“Workers don't pay. Businesses don't guess.”
02 · The problem we solve
Unemployment and hiring difficulty can exist at the same time because access, trust, readiness and real demand are not properly connected.
People can be willing and capable but remain invisible to employers, trapped behind weak networks, untrusted CVs, application scams and preparation that never reaches a real vacancy.
Employers lose time sorting through CV volume, unclear documents, poor location or shift fit, uncertain availability and candidates who have not been prepared for workplace expectations.
The result is costly on both sides: people remain unemployed while businesses lose time, productivity and confidence in recruitment.
03 · How WeBecome solves it
WeBecome starts with a real workforce requirement, prepares people for that requirement and follows the outcome beyond an introduction.
The employer confirms the role, headcount, location, shift, timing and terms.
WeBecome finds potential suited to the opportunity and close enough to reach the work.
Identity, employment eligibility and relevant information are checked at the appropriate stage.
Availability, location, role fit and shift expectations are confirmed before presentation.
Candidates are prepared for conduct, attendance, the role and what day one demands.
Placement, attendance, retention and income created are tracked where the service requires it.
04 · Why the name WeBecome
“We” is the bridge between employers and people. “Become” is the outcome: potential becomes performance, a vacancy becomes capacity and preparation becomes paid work.
05 · The founding team
Commercial direction and workforce delivery work side by side. One builds the opportunity; the other ensures that people and work are properly matched.

The standard behind the story
We begin with a clear role, location, headcount, timing and set of employer expectations.
Candidates are considered for work they can realistically reach, perform and sustain.
An application is never presented as a guaranteed job, and job seekers are never charged a placement fee.
We measure readiness, placement, attendance, retention and income—not activity alone.
